I am a hard working individual who enjoys running and steam trains. I have worked all my life in the public sector (HM Prison Service and the NHS). Having spent a lifetime in custody I love my time outside.

Thank you. I would be lost without my training spreadsheet. It is a good tool to have targets to aim for and enables me to look back at what has been achieved. Highly recommend it.
